Exhausted at the thought of content?
Let's daydream about a different scenario:
This is the path of the leveraged creator.
It's how it feels to join the Top 1%.
The best thing?
It’s absolutely possible for everyone.
Success leaves clues.
There are patterns behind high-performing content.
There are trends that come back around time and time again based on what people enjoy.
Whatever your goal is as a creator, you just need to:
Experiment until you strike gold. Rinse and repeat ♻️
Whether content creation is your passion or a mechanism for leads, once you have the right systems set up it's easy to maximise the opportunities.
Maybe you’re building a creator business and want to self-fund the venture through sponsorships.
Or maybe it's about personal branding - to close more business as you’re already recognised as an authority figure.
Once you understand the principles, the results are inevitable.
I’ve seen this for myself with zero experience and prior credibility.
I see it with our clients who live this out every day.
The purpose of this newsletter is to get you there. For now, just know that it’s possible for you.
Ups and downs are part of the process. It’s why rollercoasters are fun.
I think a lot about quitting.
How do we truly know when it’s the right time to quit something?
My guess is that it comes down to something deeper like our intuition and “listening to our gut”. However, even when you might know deep down it’s time to quit something, having the courage to do so is another thing altogether.
This is a nice visual for those times when you want to continue something and just need some encouragement.
📚️ Book - Sacred Rest by Saundra Dalton-Smith
- I grabbed this book for my Kindle when I was experiencing burnout. It was eye-opening to learn that there are 7 unique types of rest: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, sensory, social and creative.
🎙 Podcast - Deep Dive with Ali Abdaal - interview with Jodie Cook
- The concept of an “Addition Bias” stuck out to me in this interview with Jodie Cook. When faced with a challenge, we usually try to do more to fix it. Sometimes less is better and we’d be better off subtracting.
🕹️ Tool - ChatGPT
- This is a super obvious one, but I don’t feel like I’m using AI enough considering the crazy opportunities. To change this, I’ve bookmarked ChatGPT going forward to use it as my default instead of Google.
