Today I want to share a new annual practice that really helped me last year. It's completely free and you can fill it out online or on paper.

My 2025

For me, 2025 is the year of professional growth.

It's time to unleash the warrior within - the part of us ready to rise, take action and turn dreams into reality.

I could never have predicted how my 2024 would plan out.

That’s the beauty of life - neither you or I know what 2025 holds in store.

The people we'll meet.

The places we'll see.

Everything that we will experience.

I grew so much as a person and really did the work to make hard decisions and to dissect all of my weaknesses.

It was tough, at times brutal, but going into this year I feel a completely different person.

I feel closer to myself than ever before, and because of that, I define 2024 as a success even if it didn't always look like it!
